Rosie is Harold’s sister-in-law. At Abby’s request, Harold introduced Rosie to the other porters and the railroad. Abby hoped Rosie would find a good husband this way, but Rosie fell in love with the railroad instead of the bachelors. Rosie is the only woman on the Night Train’s crew. She has a strong sense of justice and a rebellious streak. Rosie fights openly for those she loves.
