Why are you on the Night Train?
Well I am hoping to get a ticket because it is such an important event! Historic! I begged George for a ticket. It was the only thing I wanted for Christmas. But he wouldn’t hear of it. He has work. He’s such a slave to the grindstone, my Georgie. He gave me a new dress instead. With fluffy petticoats. And lace!
